For the first time in India
(during February 2002) KEONICS has deployed the solution, Tenderwizard,
in Krishna Bhagya Jala Nigam Limited, a Government of Karnataka
organization and now KUWSDB, KPTCL, BESCOM, BMTC, RDED, KSRTC, CNNL,
WRD, NEKRTC, NWKRTC (more than 25 GoK organisations)
are using this platform effectively.
These organisations are using this platform effectively
for the past four years from more than 208 locations. Till date,
more than 4000 department users and 8000 vendors have been trained
on eTendering. Further this project complies with the Information
Technology Act 2000, Asian Development Bank guidelines, KTPP Act
and PWD G-65 guidelines.
The solution has been enabled with Online ePayment
gateway through ICICI bank and PKI enabled Digital Signatures to
ensure safe and secure transactions as per Information Technology
Act, 2000.
Tenderwizard has been evaluated by Technical Advisory Panel of
Government of Karnataka. It has evaluated & certified by PWC
- Price Waterhouse Coopers towards the validation of KTPP Act, Information
Technology Act 2000 and PWD guidelines and the revised ‘Standard
Tender Document’ released by Finance Dept of GoK.
The complete solution has been reviewed by Indian Audit and Accounts
Department and found suitable for implementation in government departments
Tenderwizard has been evaluated and certified Software Testing
& Quality Certification by STQC, Govt. of India
